Marv & Co opened in Thrissur in 2024. It began as a partnership between two practicing Chartered Accountants who had spent years on the other side of the table — reviewing incorporation filings, GST applications and partnership deeds that had gone wrong somewhere: a name rejected at the ROC stage, a deed missing a clause that mattered later, a GST registration filed weeks after the business had already started invoicing.
They started Marv & Co to close that gap: one practice that handles the registration and stays on afterward as the compliance partner, instead of handing over a certificate and disappearing. Two years in, that's still the whole model — a small firm, two partners, no handoffs between departments.
